Bridget McMullin

I believe that good Interior Design is transportive. I believe that great Interior Design can improve your quality of life by creating an environment that is reflective of the life experience you wish to make for yourself. It can be practical & efficient, decadent & opulent, or it can just be pretty! Your space is a reflection of the life you wish to lead, the experiences that you wish to give others, and is an investment in your future self. You may imagine your family in a wide open kitchen baking cookies for the holidays, or you may see your spouse and yourself aging gracefully in the home you built together. You can envision a work environment that inspires your employees to be productive and gives your customers a never-to-forget experience. The environment built around you plays a part in making your dreams and visions a reality.

When I was 10, my parents decided to move from Philadelphia to New Jersey. For the next year, I spent never ending weekends traveling from one open house to another in my parents attempt to find our new home. I remember taking the floor plans for these spaces, sitting in the car, and drawing better versions of the house I was visiting. Little did I know I was planting the seed for my future in interiors.

Fast-forward to 2001. With an Interior Design degree in hand from Moore College of Art and Design, I set off into the world of commercial design focused on learning as much as I could and sitting for my National Council of Interior Design Exam; my ultimate goal was to own my own Residential and Commercial Firm.

I’ve designed on the television circuit working as a behind the scenes designer on Trading Spaces and then as a featured designer on TLC’s Perfect Proposal. I’ve lead the Philadelphia Interior Design community as the president of ASID PA East, and have traveled the country with The American Society of Interior Designers for seven years both as a National Board Member and as a Committee Chair advising local chapter boards and student chapters. I am a featured speaker for Design Campus Live. I have valued education and practice above all else in my career. I believe the education of my clientele is essential to a positive outcome on any project, be it a one-time consultation or a lifelong relationship. MDG’s business model honors the process of design and celebrates the joy of creation.

The talented team of designers that I am honored to call my employees are creative, talented, and dedicated to the practice of Interior Design. Their technical knowledge regarding construction and architecture, as well as their aesthetic sensibilities in decorating create a holistic experience for our clients. Be it your cozy cottage, your beachside escape, the entrance to your new corporate offices, or the restaurant you always dreamed of opening one day, our ultimate goal is to help our client’s find their “Happy Home”.

Jamie Adjemian

Jamie has been an interior designer since she was about five years old, but has only held actual positions in the industry for the past decade. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University and a Master’s of Science in Sustainable Design from Philadelphia University. She began her design career cutting her teeth at a small but mighty high-end residential firm in New Jersey. There she was brought through the full-service process of interiors – from initial sketches to portfolio photo shoots. After receiving her master’s degree she began her own design firm which allowed her to develop her business and marketing skills, explore sustainable projects, and provide branding oversight to boutiques, galleries, and local businesses. After writing her thesis titled “A Sustainable Home in the Age of Consumption” Jamie’s goal has been to champion and lead clients to more authentic and restorative designs for inherently sustainable spaces for both businesses and families.

Jennifer Napieralski

Jennifer has always dreamed of having a successful career in residential interiors. After graduating from Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College) with a degree in Interior Design, Jennifer headed to Annapolis to begin her education in the “real world” of design. Motivated to continue her formal education, she passed the LEED exam and gained her certification as a LEED Green Associate, as well as her CID (Certified Interior Designer) Certification. Realizing how much she missed her family and the City of Brotherly Love, Jen moved home and began a three year position with a reputable furniture store in the heart of Philadelphia. There she gained a vast amount of furniture knowledge and independent clientele. With her heart completely filled thanks to being surrounded by family and friends, Jennifer is more than excited to live her dream every day and continue her growth as an Interior Design professional with the MDG team.

Jill Kroll

Jill has always had a passion for interior design.  After graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Interior Design from Syracuse University, Jill quickly moved to the Big Apple where she worked for two prestigious architecture and design firms.  She assisted the senior designers with all phases of the design process on large corporate projects, hotels, and resorts.  Through this hands on experience, Jill quickly learned how to work with clients by listening to their visions and exceeding their expectations.  Deciding to relocate back to her hometown of Philadelphia,  Jill opened up a successful high-end retail boutique in Cherry Hill.  Missing the world of interiors, she decided to delve back into the “design world” and is thrilled to be a part of MDG’s team!
