This first-floor renovation was phased out over several years to maximize the client’s budget and minimize the disruption to their living space.
The client’s patience was rewarded with a stunning transformation of their suburban big-box home. MDG designer Kristen Benevides used aqua tones thematically throughout the home, creating a harmonious design palette.
Kristen’s design includes custom built-ins made to complement a statement decorative wall element. These two pieces create a focal point in the family room. These inspired design choices set off the kitchen renovation’s espresso cabinets and waterfall island as a nod to the client’s preferred contemporary aesthetic.
