The kitchen and bathrooms are often the most costly renovations a homeowner will undertake, and a properly designed renovation should last twenty-five to thirty years. I strive to create cohesive design plans that integrate the renovated spaces with the architecture of the existing home. I believe that every renovation should add value to your everyday lifestyle while also increasing the overall value of your home.

I guide my clients through the process of space planning, construction documentation, and finish selections. By approaching the bidding process with a complete set of working drawings and product specifications, my clients are able to receive accurate “apples to apples” bids from their local contractors. I find that this approach streamlines the construction process and helps minimize the headaches associated with backorders, missed orders, and change orders.
